The Saints Alive will have Melissa Kirkindall present on monarch butterflies on Wednesday, March 15, in the Choir Room at 10:00 am. She is a member of the Madison Garden Club, Master Gardeners of North Alabama, Huntsville Botanical Garden, Alabama Nature Conservancy, and The Land Trust of Huntsville and North Alabama. Her yard is certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat and is a Monarch Butterfly Waystation. She is also a Master Gardener. Melissa says, “What we are going to talk about is a biological miracle. No other butterflies migrate like the monarch.”
