Discipleship is a life-long pursuit. At its most basic level, it simply means following Jesus. Discipleship is not merely knowledge, but it is not void of knowledge either. Discipleship is about putting into practice what Christ has revealed and spoken to us. Jesus modeled a whole life and even told us how to follow Him in HIS OWN WORDS (the red letters found in many Bibles). This summer our Summer Adult Sunday School will be embarking on the Red Letter Challenge (RLC). The RLC is a 40 day challenge aimed at mastering five discipleship targets: Being, Forgiving, Serving, Giving, and Going. The challenge includes daily devotional reading and meeting on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM. This class will run from June 8th through July 20th. If you plan on participating, please sign up here.
