SUMMARY:Saints Alive Trip to the Scottsboro Boys Museum
DESCRIPTION:The Saints Alive will visit the Huntsville Museum of Art. The Museum commemorates the lives and legacy of nine young African Americans who in the 19th century became international symbols of race-based injustice in the American South\, and celebrates the positive actions of those of all colors\, creeds\, and origins who have taken a stand against the tyranny of racial oppression. The bus will leave Grace Lutheran at 9:00 AM. Mary Jane Reumann is the facilitator for this trip. Lunch will follow at a restaurant yet to be determined.  \nSee the sign-up on the easel in the narthex. \n

DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, April 23rd at 7:00 PM\, we will join together in the Sanctuary to watch the Call Day service of Concordia Seminary\, St. Louis to see who our new Associate Pastor will be. We will stream the service on the screens for everyone to watch. The service includes a traditional worship service followed by each of the seminarians receiving their new Calls. Through this service\, the seminarians and the churches will learn where they are placed. We will have treats to celebrate!
