Ladies of Grace (LOG) Objectives

  1. to foster and support the program and objectives of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML) - Mission Education, Mission Inspiration, Mission Service
  2. To provide growth in Christian knowledge
  3. To further a love for and to help provide for active participation in Christian service
  4. To foster Christian fellowship
  5. To co-operate with Grace Lutheran Church in it's ministry to build the Kingdom of God

LOG Circles

Four circles within Log are open for membership to all ladies of the church. The fifth and newest circle is open to 7th - 12th graders and their moms.

You are encouraged to attend the circle of your choice.

Agape Circle

Agape is a Greek word that means love and we intend to show our love to the Lord by serving our church and community. We are a group of teenage girls and their mothers growing together serving the Lord. Our goal is to teach new arts and crafts and then give what we make to someone special.

Charity Circle

Meets in homes
7:00 p.m., 3rd Thursday of the month

Bible study and fellowship are important elements of our monthly Circle meetings. Our special service project is regular oiling of the church pews.

Monthly donations of personal hygiene and health supplies to HEALS, Inc. (Health Establishments At Local Schools) has been our primary service project. We also purchased a goat for an African family through Samaritan Purse.

Members gather regularly to make soup for our Soup's On Ministry. Beneficiaries range from church members and neighbors to those with the greatest, the homeless in our community.

Peace Circle

We meet each month for Bible study and Christian growth. As a service project we contribute to the Food Bank through monthly member donations. Our hospitality project is a "secret pal exchange".
