Capital Campaign I

The first capital campaign and 206K campaign ran from early 2002 through April 2005. This campaign for the building project was successfully completed on April 10, 2005. The congregation heard the news at the narthex/nursery dedication service. As of May 29, 2005, our gifts totaled $1,533,733.94.

Capital Campaign II

The second capital campaign began on November 6, 2005. This three year effort seeks to raise funds to pay for the new Family Life Center. To complete our building program, our needs today are a little over $1.5 million. However, there is a high cost of waiting. As shown below, the more that we can give on the front end of CCII, the less that will be necessary to borrow in three years: Total Needed to Complete Today: $1,566,342 Total Needed if Given in Equal Amounts over Three Years: $1,839,827 Total Needed with Half Given in the First Year: $1,713,584 Difference: $147,242

Capital Campaign II: Goal: $1,566,342 Pledged: $499,181.04 (81 pledges) Current Donations: $568,777.25 (June 01, 2008)

God calls us to be good stewards of His blessings. As stewards, it all belongs to Him; buildings are the tools to help make disciples of Christ...the Great Commission of our Lord.

The amount pledged for CCII is very low as well as the percentage of Grace families participating. We, by congregation vote with the Holy Spirit's guidance, made the commitment to undertake this project to bring glory to God and increase His kingdom. With faith and courage, we must not get discouraged but stand firm and willingly use our talents and abilities in the work of His church.
